How do I deposit?
Go to Wallet → Deposit. Send the amount to the bKash/Nagad agent number shown (use Cash Out, not Send Money), then submit your Transaction ID (TrxID). Your balance updates once the agent confirms.
My deposit hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Double-check the TrxID you submitted matches your bKash/Nagad SMS. If it's correct and still pending after a few minutes, open live chat with a screenshot.
How do I withdraw?
Wallet → Withdraw. Add your bKash/Nagad number and the amount. Withdrawals are processed by our agents; cash balance is paid out (bonus funds must be wagered first).
Is there a minimum deposit/withdrawal?
Yes — the minimum is shown on the deposit/withdraw screen. There is no KYC requirement to withdraw your cash balance.
Bonuses & Wagering
How do deposit bonuses work?
Eligible deposits get a bonus credited to your bonus balance. Bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times (the rollover) before they convert to withdrawable cash.
What is wagering / rollover?
It's how many times you must bet the bonus before withdrawing. Only eligible games count toward it. Your progress is shown on the bonus page.
Can I play with cash while a bonus is active?
Yes — for bonus-ineligible games you play from cash. We only block a bet when your cash is too low to cover the stake.
