1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on LUXARA, depositing funds, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance via email and on the website. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must close your account and stop using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You must not be a resident of a restricted territory. Current restricted list: United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, and any country where online gambling is prohibited.
You must use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Operating syndicates, bots, or any form of automated play is grounds for permanent account closure.
You confirm you are not a public official, politically exposed person (PEP), or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gambling.
3. Your Account
One account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multi-accounting is grounds for closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We will never ask for your password.
If we detect fraudulent activity, you authorize us to freeze your account pending investigation.
4. Deposits
Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000 (raised for VIP tiers).
Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, USDT (TRC20), Binance Pay.
Deposits are credited to your Cash balance after the payment provider confirms — typically 2-10 minutes.
If a deposit is reversed (chargeback, fraud claim) after you have played, we may close your account and recover funds via legal means.
5. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used to deposit, where possible.
Processing time: 24 hours for standard accounts, 12 hours for Silver+, 6 hours for Gold+, 1 hour for Platinum+, 5 minutes for Diamond.
Active bonuses must be cleared (wagering complete) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Cash balance is always withdrawable.
We may request additional verification for large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000 in a 24h period).
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus: 200% match up to ৳20,000 on first qualifying deposit. Minimum deposit ৳500. 40× wagering requirement. 7-day expiry.
All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement, time limit, max bet, and game eligibility stated at claim time.
Maximum bet during an active bonus: ৳200 per round. Bets exceeding this are rejected.
Maximum cashout from bonus winnings: 10× the bonus amount.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, hedging across providers, or systematic low-variance play — forfeits all bonus winnings.
7. Fair Play & RNG
All LUXARA original games use a provably-fair RNG based on HMAC-SHA256 with commit-reveal seed pairs. You can verify every result independently using your client seed + the revealed server seed.
Game RTPs are published per game. Bonus games use a separate (lower) RTP, also published.
We reserve the right to void any bet that exceeds posted maximums, exploits a software bug, or breaks game rules.
8. Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or recover losses.
You can set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclude at any time from your dashboard.

9. Account Closure & Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. Pending withdrawals will still be processed.
We may close your account for: T&C violation, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, prolonged inactivity (24 months+), or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon closure, any remaining cash balance is returned via your verified withdrawal method. Active bonuses are forfeited.
10. Disputes & Liability
Any dispute must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction. After that, results are considered final.
Our liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the disputed event.
Disputes that cannot be resolved with support may be escalated to independent arbitration.
